Production incentives were enacted by the Indiana legislature’s
override of Gov. Mitch Daniels 2007 veto. Indiana now offers
a 15% refundable tax credit for commercials & corporate
productions spending more than $50,000 in the state, and for
television shows and features spending more than $100,000.
The incentives go into effect July 1. Executive Producer Greg
Malone was a key player in the five-year effort to enact incentives.
Call us to see how this may benefit you.
